FAQ

Our Returns and Exchange policy lasts 14 days. You will have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do note there is strictly no refunds for all orders purchased unless Social Gifting is unable to fulfil the order within the stipulated timeline.

To complete your exchange, please send the receipt or proof of purchase to hello.SGifting.com for processing. Once approved, you may send your purchase to 64 Holland Grove View, S276221 for an exchange.

*Only regular priced items may be exchanged. All sale items cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

Singpost (Normal Mail): $1.50; 5-7 working days

Door-to-Door Courier: $5 (FREE for orders above $100); 3 working days

Self-collection @ 18 Ghim Moh Lion Befrienders: FREE; 2-3 working days

Same/Next Day Delivery: $25

All ready-to-ship gifts will be mailed out within 2 working days upon payment unless otherwise stated.

For pre-ordered gifts, the estimated delivery date is approximately 30 days upon payment. A full refund will be issued if we are unable to do so. Our sales personnel will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order.

 

For personalised gifts, please give us approximately 7 days. If you need the gifts earlier, please Whatsapp us at 8756 7208. Please note that we can only do the iron-on names on light colours felt. 

 

For self-collection, we will send you an email once your order is ready for collection.

Social Gifting will not be responsible for any lost parcel. Clients may opt for registered mail if required. All purchase above $100 will include free courier. 

Our delivery is handled by Singpost or Qdelivery. 

All defective item will be exchanged at no cost. Do drop us an email at hello.SGifting@gmail.com for further instruction. Do note shipping is to be borne by shoppers for all exchanges.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We disburse 10% to 80% of the sales price (not profit) to the differently-abled crafters.

The varied percentage is dependable on the complexity of the craft and the material cost.  

Your purchase will empower our crafters to gain confidence in their abilities and strengths while gaining a passive income to be self-sustainable.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayNow, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Take your pick!

These gifts are made by our beneficiaries/crafters. These are people who are not ready for employment due to physical constraints or caregiving duties. For example, 

1. Seniors/Retirees

2. Seniors staying in rental flat who are at risk of social isolation

3. Persons with Autism

4. People with Special Needs

5. People with terminal illnesses

6. People with mental illnesses

7. Vulnerable mothers

As the crafters engage in crafting, it allows them to feel empowered through gaining strength and independence by earning a passive income and positively impacting their mental wellness. Working allows them to be givers instead of beneficiaries. Join us to empower them!

For orders above 100 pieces, do contact us at least 1 month before your proposed date. We will be glad to fulfil your order even earlier should we have sufficient stock available on hand.

Our physical store Lions Befrienders (Ghim Moh) @ 18 Ghim Moh Road, #01-115, S270018 is close due to Covid-19 but you can still self-collect your gifts at this location. And stay tuned for our future pop-up stores!
